Baust Pallet Changer PW500

Repalletising does not get simpler than this. Goods are driven into the Baust Pallet Changer PW500 on a hand pallet truck or an electric pallet truck. Clamping walls hold the load while the pallet is lowered on the truck. An operator then swaps the pallets. The one condition: the goods must be stacked flush and be robust enough to take side pressure. That makes the PW500 well suited to cartons, Tetra Paks and crates. Badly damaged pallets, or a load that overhangs the pallet edge, are no obstacle for a clamping-method pallet changer.

Features

  • The simplest of the three methods
  • For robust goods
  • Reliable even with poor pallet quality
  • The load is not moved, not tilted and not rotated
  • Plug and play
  • Built for use with a hand pallet truck

Options

  • Further pallet widths
  • Load height above 2000 mm
  • Side walls in hygienic design
  • Hydraulic version

Describe your application and we will work out the cycle.

Pallet format, weight, throughput and requirement are enough for a first specification. You will be talking to the people who build the machine.
